| 摘 要： | 本文在分析了中国地方财政风险的表现形式、特点以及地方财政风险成因的基础上,提出了提高风险意识、合理界定政府职能等防范地方财政风险的措施,探讨了地方财政风险预警机制的建立以及如何化解地方财政风险等问题。

| Abstract: | By analysis of the format,the characteristic and the cause of our country's local finance risk,I put forward the countermeasures of preventing local finance risk such as enhancing the consciousness of risk and reasonably restricting the government's function.I also discuss the establishment of local finance risk's mechanism putting forward early and the methods of releasing local finance risk in our country. |
