“落地未生根”——新生代农民工城市社会适应研究

本文根据抽样调查的结果,探讨新生代农民工城市社会适应状况及影响因素.本研究发现,新生代农民工城市工作适应、人际适应都处于中等水平,而生活适应处于较低水平.回归分析结果表明,自评家庭阶层地位、媒介接触、城市经历、相对剥夺感、社区参与、组织支持对新生代农民工城市社会适应有显著性影响.

Falling to the Ground, but Taking No Roots-The Urban Adaptability of the Peasant-workers of the New Generation

Based on a sample survey,the urban adaptability of the peasant-workers of the new generation and influencing factors is explored in this article.It is found that the work adaptability and social interaction adaptability of the peasant-workers of the new generation is on a middle level,while the living adaptability is on a low level.Regression analysis shows that family's class status through their own evaluation,media contacts,urban experience,the relative deprivation feelings,community participation,organizational support have a significant impact on the urban adaptability of the peasant-workers of the new generation.
