| 摘 要： | 针对目前现场工程管理活动中出现的诸多问题，探讨了改进现场工程管理的具体内容。以及应该采取的措施，提出建筑业企业要从现场工程管理信息集成化建设、施工现场工程管理和现场工程管理“品牌”文化建设等方面着手，改进建筑业企业工程管理，培育企业核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | In view of the many problems existing in on-site engineering management at present,discussed are the contents of its improvement and the countermeasures to be adopted.Puts forth that the construction enterprises should start with the information integration construction and the "brand" culture construction of on-site engineering management,so as to improve the enterprise engineering management of construction industry and to sharpen the enterprise's competitive edge. |
