| 摘 要： | 腐败是权力的异化 ,在现代社会中 ,“腐败”一词常作为“权力腐败”的代名词。腐败现象产生的原因是多方面的 ,它是权力者、权力的对象和权力所处的环境综合作用的结果。从法律的角度来看 ,监控不力、惩治不严是权力腐败产生的主要原因。法律监督机制是一个有机的开放系统 ,它包括防范机制、监督约束机制、惩治机制等方面的内容 ,它们构建了一个全面、协调、有效的反腐败机制。因此 ,完善反腐败的法律监督机制 ,有利于从根本上铲除腐败现象赖以滋生的土壤 ,最大限度地遏制腐败。

| Abstract: | Corruption is the alienation of power.Corruption stems from the comprehensive working of the person,target of power and its environment.From the viewpoint of law,weak supervision and light punishment result in power corruption.Legal supervision mechanism is an open system,including a guarding mechanism,supervising and controlling mechanism,punishing mechanism.All these form an overall,coordinate and effective anti-corruption mechanism.Therefore,the improvement of anti-corruption will contribute to extinguish corruption. |
