| 摘 要： | 高校危机分为灾变性危机、设施性危机、管理类危机三种类型。危机管理,是及时、稳妥、高效地应付处理危机,减轻其损害和不良影响。高校危机管理是高校和谐稳定的关键。管理类危机,是指高校管理者管理失误、不当或不到位而引发的危机。为实现高校校园的和谐,从而构建和谐社会,高校应科学决策,以人为本,有效遏制高校危机的产生。
