| 摘 要： | 本文从互联互通的角度出发,在对比移动网和固定网异同的基础上,分析了移动网的主要成本因素、被叫付费和主叫付费对互联成本的影响以及移动网扩张成本等影响移动运营商成本的几个关键问题,并给出了移动网的成本模型.

| Abstract: | From the angle of interconnection and intercommunication, on the basis of comparison the similarities and differences between mobile networks and fixed networks, this paper analyses several key factors that affect mobile operating costs, such as the major costs of mobile networks, the influence of called payment and calling payment of interconnection costs, and the expansion costs of mobile networks. This paper also presents the cost model of mobile networks. |
