| 摘 要： | 列宁从不同角度对新经济政策的实质进行了阐述,形成了富有特色的新经济政策实质观。新经济政策的实质从不同角度看具有不同的内涵,探究新经济政策的实质应在多角度分析的基础上进行综合概括。同时新经济政策还包含着丰富的法律思想。新经济政策的实质和法律思想对当今社会主义经济和法治建设有着重要的指导借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Lenin elaborated the essence of the New Economic Policy from different angles and formed his own points of view towards it. This paper holds that the essence of the New Economic Policy, observed from different perspectives, possesses various connotations. Its exploration should take an integrated approach on the basis of muhi-perspective analysis. At the same time, the New Economic Policy contains a wealth of legal thought. Its essence and legal thought have some instructive significance to our current construction in socialist economy and law system. |
