| Abstract: | The inner loans by a group to its subsidiaries should be based on the inner credit evaluation. Unlike the evaluation of the commercial bank to the enterprise, the inner credit evaluation should combine both the contribution of the subsidiary to the group and the credit level of the subsidiary itself so as to determine the competitivity of the subsidiary. Based on the analysis and spot survey, the author builds an integrated model of inner credit evaluation, which consists of eight subsystems. |
