| Abstract: | This article introduces the theory of sampling rotation using permanent random numbers and discusses the uses of sampling rotation using permanent random numbers in sampling with equal probabilities and unequal probabilities. It also compares sampling rotation using permanent random numbers with traditional method of sampling rotation. It hopes to promote the use of sampling rotation using permanent random numbers in regularity surveys. |
