西部产业结构的演变分析

在西部大开发各项优惠政策的积极引导下,2000年以来西部地区产业结构的优化速度有所提高,产业结构高度化进程明显加快。促进西部地区产业升级的因素有:包括中央投资在内的资金供给增长;居民收入水平提高;消费结构升级、对外贸易水平不断提高以及政策因素。为促进西部产业进一步升级,国家应大力改善投资环境,运用包括财政政策在内的一系列政策,带动西部特色产业的发展。

Evolution for western industrial structure in China

In the past five years after the implementation of the western development strategy,the adjustment to industrial structure in western regions in China has been speeded up,which results in a higher and speed in the optimization of industrial structure.There are some factors that effect on accelerating the promotion of the industrial structure of the western regions in China: the increase in capital supply,the promotion of consumer structure with the higher level of income and the consumer development of foreign trade.In order to accelerate the further promotion of industrial structure of the western regions in China,it is necessary to improve the environment of investment and to make use of a series of policies,such as financial policy to develop the featured industry.
