| 摘 要： | 冷战后,中国的周边安全环境发生了巨大的变化,呈总体有利与相对不利并存的态势。影响中国安全环境的主要因素有以下几方面:一是亚太地区的经济走势;二是中国与亚太地区几个大国的关系;三是民族分裂主义活动;四是中国周边的军事安全状况。中国要实现新世纪初稳定周边的安全战略,关键是要办好自己的事情,实现睦北、缓西、稳南、进东的战略。
