| 摘 要： | 随着高校招生规模的不断扩大,完全学分制的推行和高校后勤社会化的不断推进,学生工作人手短缺与学生人数猛增的矛盾日益凸显。本文论述了学生干部是高校学生工作队伍的重要组成部分,及如何发挥其在大学生思想政治教育和管理工作中的重要作用,并对学生干部队伍的建设和管理提出建议

| Abstract: | In pace with extending college enrollment in scale continuously,carrying out full credit system and advancing logistics socialization in college,the contradictory between shorthanded in student work and a sharp increase in student quantity appears increasingly .This article expounds that student leader is an important part of college student work group in college,how to make student leader yield in thoughts and politics education and management well,and puts forward suggestions on construction and management of student leader group . |
