试论明代的教育及其管理制度

学校及其制度是学校教育的必要条件,明代的学校有官学和私学两类,培养了许多人才,为维护明朝统治发挥了一定的作用。明代的教育,从中央到地方都有专门的管理机构,明朝前期发挥了一定的积极作用。认真总结明代教育及其管理方面的得失,对我们当今实施的“科教兴国”战略具有一定借鉴意义。
