| 摘 要： | 维护和扩展国家利益是外交战略制定和实施的基本准绳。通过探讨影响国家利益的基本因素，分析新时期中国国家利益的层次特征，进而把握中国外交战略的定位，做出周边战略和全球战略的规划，勾画新时期中国外交战略的宏伟蓝图。

| Abstract: | The formulation and implementation of diplomatic strategies aim to maintain and expand national interests. This thesis firstly probes into the fundamental faetors that influenee national interests ; secondly, analyzes the features of each level of China＇s national interests in the new period, and then sums up the location of China＇s diplomatic strategies; lastly, draws up China＇s plan of peripheral strategy and global strategy and outlines the grand blueprint of china＇s diplomatic strategy in the new period. |
