儿童使用网络游戏的规制依据和指标探讨——来自上海、深圳、长沙三地的实证调查

文章对上海、深圳、长沙三地的小学生、网络游戏生产经营者、网络游戏管理者和社会公众进行了调查,考察了不同类型调查对象对规制儿童使用网络游戏的认知和态度。在调查的基础上,我们发现,基于儿童保护视角,目前对我国网络游戏按照使用者年龄进行分级管理是具有现实可行性的。文章还进一步探讨了对儿童使用网络游戏进行规制的各项指标,为我国网络游戏管理提供了量化依据。

Exploration into Regulations on and Indicators for Children's Use of Network Games: A Survey from Shanghai, Shenzhen and Changsha

Through the investigation into the pupils,network game producers and operators,network game supervisors and the public in Shanghai,Shenzhen and Changsha,this study made a survey of different types of cognition and attitude to the regulations on children＇s use of network games.The results indicate that from the perspective of child protection,it is feasible to regulate the network games by rating them on the age of users.This paper further discusses the indicators for regulations on network games,which we hope could provide a quantitative basis for the management of network games.
