| 摘 要： | 加入WTO会对中国的汽车产业带来一系列的冲击，然而机遇大于风险；如何化解风险、把握机遇是极为重要的理论问题与现实问题。文章通过对中国汽车市场结构的集中度。市场容量、汽车产业的就业情况、斯威齐模型、综合竞争力等若干问题的论述，分析了加入WTO对中国汽车产业的正负影响，强调提高汽车产业的综合竞争力是迎接挑战的根本措施。
