| Abstract: | The institution of divorce damages is newly incorporated in the Divorce Law of the People's Republic of China. It has been an object of concern for the theoretical circles as to how to apply and perfect this institution. This article undertakes to probe into this institution of divorce damages in terms of reflections on legislation, positioning of legislation, perfections of legislation, etc. so as to improve the operability of the institution. |
