| 摘 要： | 本文针对电子供应链伙伴的选择与评价过程，根据最优停止理论，建立了电子供应链伙伴的数据信息校对最优问题的数学模型，对这一决策问题进行了概括。在此基础上，针对两种具体模型，提出了最优停止时间存在的条件及最优解，并利用截尾法给出了实际应用中的计算步骤。

| Abstract: | Based on the optimal stopping theory, a mathematical model is constructed about the accession of electronic supply chain partnerships. The two typical kinds of models are discussed in this paper. The optimal solution and condition are put forward. The calculation steps are also presented based on cutting tails method. |
