| Abstract: | In order to implement and carry out the general plan for administering our country by moral education put forward by Comrade Jiang Zemin,the author advanced building a leal model of administering our country by moral education.The key to it is to establish the moral system which is adapted to socialist market oriented economy,professional moral system,social public moral system and family virtue system.The high unity of the rule virtue and the legalsystem can be achieved in content and form.They supplement and complement each other,and administer the socialist country together. |
