| 摘 要： | 文章主要探讨了民族高等院校的发展与西部大开发的关系。作者认为 ,西部大开发既给民族高校发展带来了难得机遇 ,也带来了严峻的挑战。民族高等院校只有办出自己的特色 ,扬长避短 ,深化改革 ,提高质量 ,服务于西部 ,才能求得自身更好的发展。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the relationship between the development of institutions of higher learning for nationalities and developing western China. It is pointed out that developing western China presents new opportunities for the development of institutions of higher learning for nationalities. Institutions of higher learning for nationalities should maximize favorable factors and minimize unfavorable factors, strengthen the reform, promote the quality, and be in the service of western China to improve themselves. |
