宁波物流人才需求与教育策略研究

宁波建设全国性物流结点城市,打造国际强港,需求大量物流专业人才。目前宁波物流教育资源不能支撑物流产业的快速发展,为物流教育提出新的挑战。因此,要借鉴国外典型的物流人才教育体系,优化课程结构,创新教学手段和教学方法,整合企业、学校和职业培训资源,搭建共建共享集成服务教育资源平台,引进高端国际认证和国际培训项目,加大在职员工培训力度,采取柔性引进国际知名院校物流师资,培养国际港航金融技术人才。

Research on Ningbo's Demands for Logistics Talents and the Education Strategy

Ningbo needs a large number of logistic talents for the construction of an international seaport and a national hub of logistics,which will pose a great challenge to Ningbo logistic education since it can not satisfy the fast development of the industry.To solve the problem,we need to learn from the experience of the model foreign logistic education system and try to optimize the present training courses.Innovative methods and means should be introduced.In doing this,the teaching resources of enterprises,schools and professional training should be integrated and made the best use of,an integrated service platform of logistic education shared by all should be set up.On this basis,we may import advanced international training programs and certifications,flexibly employ international logistic lecturers from foreign universities so as to cultivate banking talents for international port development.
