| 摘 要： | 产权不仅是一个经济学范畴,还是一个法学范畴,是一种受法律及有关法规认可的权利,既包括主体对财产的权利,又包括非财产权利,而且产权范畴的内涵是不断发展的,由此导致现代西方产权理论和马克思的产权理论在研究的侧重点、内容、方法等方面存在较大差异.
