| 摘 要： | 农村基层党组织是党在农村全部工作的基础。当前,农村基层党组织建设取得了一些可喜的成绩,积累了一些宝贵的经验,但同时又面临着一些新的问题。笔者通过对眉山市东坡区农村基层党组织工作效力的调查分析认为,创新工作机制是进一步提高欠发达地区农村基层党组织工作效力的关键。

| Abstract: | The countryside basic Party organization is the foundation of all Party work in the countryside.Presently,the construction of countryside basic Party organization has obtained some encouraging results,accumulated some precious experiences,but simultaneously is facing some new problems.Through investigating and analyzing the work effectiveness of countryside basic Party organization in Dongpo Area,Meishan City,the authors have believed that the innovation of work mechanism is the key of enhancing work effectiveness of countryside basic Party organizations in less-developed areas. |
