| 摘 要： | 通过对遂溪县城5所中学现有体育师资学历条件、教师的体育课教安和教学研究情况等进行调查分析，提出在当前基础教育由应试教育向素质教育转轨的过程中，体育教师的综合素质对体育教学目标实现的影响及改善措施。

| Abstract: | The main way and one of the most decisive facilities which can affect this foal is the teachers' ability of teaching and research. This article brings forward the affecting facilities and the improving measures on the basis of the study and investigation on the qualification ,teaching plan and research of the teachers in five middle school in Sui Xi County. The main purpose of the article is to provide an reference for the further reform of the teaching in this county. |
