| 摘 要： | 分析了加入 WTO后我国 CPA行业所面临的机遇和挑战 ,并在此基础上提出了我国CPA行业的发展对策 :( 1)提高 CPA人员的素质 ;( 2 )促进会计、审计准则的国际化 ;( 3)改善CPA的执业环境 ;( 4 )建立合伙制会计师事务所 ;( 5)建立规模化的会计师事务所。

| Abstract: | Opportunities for and challenges to China's CPA business after entry into WTO are analyzed, based on which the countermeasures to develop China's CPA business are proposed as follows. (1) Improving the quality of CPA staff.(2) Accelerating the internationalization of accounting and auditing principles.(3) Improving the environment for execution of CPA.(4) Establishing partnership accountant's office.(5) Establishing scaled accountant's office. |
