| 摘 要： | 有效的高校科研绩效管理能促进教学科研创新能力的提升,是增强学校综合实力的主要途径。一种基于CMM的高校卓越科研绩效能力成熟度模型EPAP-CMM,针对高校科研进行了能力分级,建立了基于EPAP-CMM的科研绩效核心理念的关键实践域,可有效地应用于高校科研管理实践中,以激励高校科研人员创新能力的提高。
