苏南乡镇企业改制后和谐村区组织关系的构建

苏南乡镇企业发展,不仅在经济层面上,有力地促进了苏南农村工业化和现代化的发展,而且在政治层面上,也构成了苏南农村社区组织建构过程中一个非常重要的变量因素。上个世纪90年代中后期普遍进行的以产权制度变革为核心的改制、经济基础的转变也必然带来农村社区组织关系的重构和制度的创新。以村党政组织为主导,以功能互补、利益互动为基础,村级党政组织、企业组织、非正式组织之间和谐的组织关系正在形成。

Building Harmonious Relationship between the Rural Community Organizations in South Jiangsu after the Reform of Collective Village Enterprises

The development of rural collective enterprises has not only boosted the process of rural industrialization and modernization in south of Jiangsu province in economic dimension,but also become an impetus for the reconstruction of the rural community organization in political dimension.In late 1990s,the rural collective enterprises in south Jiangsu carried out the system reform of enterprises,focusing on the reform of the institution of property rights.The change of economic foundation inevitably led to the reconstruction of the relationship between rural community organizations.The new harmonious relationship between the party branch,village committee,enterprises,and informal organizations,is coming into being in the rural community,based on function cooperation and benefit reaction.
