| 摘 要： | 党的十六届三中全会提出“坚持统筹兼顾,坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观”,这种坚持统筹兼顾,坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观就是科学的发展观。科学发展观的提出具有重大的现实意义。树立和落实科学发展观既是一个重大的理论课题,又是一项艰巨的实践任务,它直接关系党和国家工作的大局,关系中国特色社会主义事业的长远发展。

To carry it out is not only a great theoretical subject but also an arduous practical task, concerning the overall situation of our party and our country and the long-term development of the socialist cause characteristic of China. |
