| 摘 要： | 中国的和平发展是21世纪不容忽视的重大性理论课题.深入系统地研究和探索中国发展的战略部署,对于建立具有中国特色的社会政治经济秩序,实现中华民族伟大腾飞的奋斗目标具有重要意义.制约中国和平发展的国际因素主要有垄断资本主义的遏制、周边安全环境的牵制和国际能源状况的限制.

| Abstract: | The peaceful development in China is a significant theory subject that can't be ignored in the 21st century.Studying and exploring strategic plan of China's development deeply and systematically,for setting up the economic order of society and politics with characteristic of Chinese,is very important significance to realize the goal of great struggle of Chinese nation.The international factors which restrict China's peaceful development are analyzed systematically: containment,perimeter safe environment of monopoly capitalism pin down and international energy restriction of state. |
