| 摘 要： | 当代中国法学教育存在着诸多的现实矛盾：民主自由教育与法学专业教育的矛盾;法学教育理论与人才市场需求的矛盾;法学教育大众化与法律职业精英化的矛盾;法学教育统一性与特色性的矛盾;法学教育人文特性与科学特性的矛盾。在科学发展观指导下,法学教育改革可从几个方面着手：坚持马克思主义在法学教育中的指导地位;坚持将培育法治精神作为法学教育的培养目标;坚持将培养学生创新能力作为法学教育的主要任务;坚持将发展学科特色作为法学教育的迫切选择;坚持将人文教育与科学教育并重作为法学教育的必修内容。

| Abstract: | There exist some realistic contradictions in contemporary legal education in China： the contradictions between democratic liberal education and professional legal education;the contradictions between legal education theory and market demand for talent;the contradictions between legal education popularization and elitism of the legal profession;the contradictions between unity and characteristics of legal education;the contradictions between Humanities and scientific characteristics in legal education.Under the guidance of the scientific concept of development,legal education can be reformed from the following aspects： insisting on Marxist status of guidance in legal education;persisting in the training objectives of nurturing the spirit of ruling by law;insisting on developing students ＇ creativity as the main task of legal education;insisting on the development of subject characteristics as an urgent choice for legal education;adhering to the combination of humanistic and scientific education. |
