| 摘 要： | 在后金融危机背景下，中国制造企业面临着宝贵的机遇，实力型制造企业可以抓住机遇，引进在正常情况下难以引进的核心技术．来提升企业的核心竞争能力。企业技术引进吸收再创新模式包含了三个关键技术：（1）以本体为驱动的引进核心技术的知识获取模式；（2）面向引进核心技术的知识再刨新与产品版本管理；（3）面向引进核心技术的产品开发过程逆向映射与优化。
