| 摘 要： | 上海世博是国家文化软实力的集中展示舞台。国家文化软实力包括器物形态、制度形态和国家精神三个逻辑层次,上海世博充分展示了这三个层次的国家文化软实力。处于国家精神形态层面的美国的文化软实力远远领先于尚处于制度形态和器物形态的其他发达国家和发展中国家。提升国家文化软实力,必须着力构建国家精神。中国在国际上推行的孔子学院,以及重庆的中国红歌会正是构建中国国家精神、提升中国文化软实力的有益尝试。

| Abstract: | Shanghai world expo is a show stage about national cultural soft-power.National cultural soft-power includes three logic levels,material form,system form,national spirit form.Shanghai world expo express all of this.American’s national cultural soft-power which stays in national spirit form,is far advanced the other developed country which stays in system form,and also far advanced the undeveloped country which stays in material form.To raise the national cultural soft-power,must be build national spirit.The Confucius Institute and the revolutionary songs are useful to building national spirit and raising national cultural soft-power of China. |
