| Abstract: | The present paper makes a thorough study of the educational system and its operation from the perspective of the educators, the object of education, the educational influence, and the reasonable matching and cooperation of the component elements. It puts forward ten operation mechanism to guarantee the education of the Party school of the colleges and universities to be carried out in a more standard, more effective and more systematic way. The paper also sets forth some conditions and measures to be taken for the normal operation of the Party school's education. |
