| 摘 要： | 民办院校学生因学习基础及习惯较差等原因，个人诚信缺失问题较之普通高校学生显得比较突出。笔者试对学生考试作弊现象的客观原因进行分析，进而从加强学生人格教育使其不愿作弊、改进制度设计使其不能作弊、严格依法治考使其不敢作弊等纬度进行防控机制的构建，以期在严肃民办院校考风、优化民办院校学风等方面取得实效。
