| Abstract: | Teachers in high schools are faced with great pressure under the background of education structure adjustment and reform. The pressure originates from alternation of life style, work component, work surroundings, the public image and so on, and it is also associated with the pressure experence of individuals. The pressure may be motivation of action corresponding or the obstruction and resistance, which needs corresponding adjustments. |
