试论弱势群体共享社会公正的路径选择

从社会公正的视角来看，当代中国弱势群体在经济、政治、文化和社会生活中均处于相对弱势的地位；造成这种局面的主要原因在于市场的功利性、制度的排斥性、社会的稚嫩性和弱者的自卑性。分析社会弱势群体难享社会公正的原因，提出实现弱势群体共享社会公正的路径主要有：完善市场经济体系、健全公共政策体系、培育社会组织体系、利用文化传播体系和形成社会激励机制。

On the Choice of the Disadvantaged Group in Sharing Social Justice

The disadvantaged group in current China are in a comparatively weak position of economy, politics, culture and social life in terms of social justice. This situation has resulted from the utility of tile market, the repulsion of the system, the immaturity of the society and the sense of inferiority of the weak. The paper has probed into the cause of the social disadvantaged group＇s difficulty in sharing social justice, and come up with the following solution： perfecting the market economy system, improving the public administration system, cultivating social orgnization sytem, taking advange of culture transmission system and forming social stimulation system.
