大众媒介的广告法律责任分析

摘    要:我国现行法律对大众媒介的广告审查义务及违法责任的规定明显不足。强化大众媒介的广告审查义务、构建合理的大众媒介广告法律责任追究机制、加大对大众媒介发布虚假广告行为的处罚力度是扼制虚假广告的必然要求。

Abstract:The regulations of our country present law to the advertisement examination duty of the mass medium and illegal responsibility are obviously insufficient.Strengthening the advertisement examination duty of the mass medium,constructing reasonable the mechanism of law responsibility investigation and increasing the punishment vigor of announcing false advertisement are the inevitable demand of restraining false advertisements.
