| 摘 要： | 对湖南省部分地方性院校经济数学师资队伍现状进行调查并对现状形成的原因进行分析,可以发现在年龄结构、学历、职称、双师素质等方面不尽人意,对此应该采取相应策略和措施:提高认识,尽快达成对经济数学教学重要性的共识;加强双师型队伍的培训工作;建立一支动态管理、综合素质高的师资队伍。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the present situation of economic mathematical teachers in some local universities of Hunan,it is discovered that their ages structure,educational background,professional titles and double teacher qualities are imperfect,so we should adopt relative countermeasures： improving cognition,knowing the importance of economic mathematical teaching as quickly as possible;strengthening the training of double teachers and building a group of comprehensive quality teachers who are managed with development methods. |
