摘 要: | 湖南农村学校体育教师专业化的现实困境表现在:社会、学校对体育的偏见;缺少专业化氛围;体育教师的待遇偏低;体育教师专业自主发展意识薄弱;政策上有失公允几个方面。重构农村中小学体育教师专业路径在于:从现实出发,寻求适合农村学校的新型的校本教研模式;增强专业自主意识,走自主专业发展之路;夯实文化底蕴,力求社会各种支持。

Abstract: | Real dilemma of specialization for P.E teachers in Hunan rural schools is the bias of social and education to P.E;lacking specialization atmosphere,low treatment for P.E teachers,weakness of self-development for specialization of P.E teachers and unfair policies.The ways of reconstructing P.E teachers lie in: from the reality,finding the new teaching and research mode suiting to rural schools;strengthening autonomy consciousness of specialization;enhancing cultural deposits and seeking social supports. |
