摘    要:新时期条件下教育执行力的程度,依赖于执行与被执行双方对于教育执行力的认识程度。一个切实有序的执行过程,势必充分渗透着情感张力和情感亲和力。有效是建立在有序的基础上,结构和秩序的必要管理是推动学校教育教学工作的有力保障。

Abstract:Under the condition of new stage, The level of the executive ability of education depends on the level of recognition to it under new stage. A well-done and orderly executive process will be filled with tension and affinity of emotion. Laying on an orderly basis with efficiency, necessary management for structure and order is a powerful guarantee to push forward the teaching and educational work for a school.
