| 摘 要： | 为了测定柔嫩艾美尔球虫（永川株）对四种抗球虫药物（尼卡巴嗪、麦杜拉霉素、拉沙菌素、地地珠利）的敏感性进行了本试验。通过计算各药物组的最适抗球虫活性百分率（ＰＯＡＡ）、病变记分 减少率（ＲＬＳ）、相对盲肠卵囊产量（ＲＯＰ）及抗球虫指数（ＡＣＩ）。综合四项指标，判定结果为：Ｅｉｍｅｒｉａｔｅｎｅｌｌａ（永川株）对地克珠利高度敏感，对拉沙菌素有轻度抗药性，对麦杜拉霉素有中度抗药性，对尼卡巴嗪有严重抗药性。

| Abstract: | The test was to get the results of sensitivities of Eimeria tenella(Yong Chuan strain) to four anticoccidial drugs(Nicarbazin, Maduramycin, Lasalocid and Diclazuril). Through calculating four drug's percentage of optimum anticoccidial activity (POAA), reduction of Lesion Scores(RLS), relative Oocyst Production(ROP) and anticoccidial index(ACI). The results showed E.tenella(Yong Chuan strain) was highly sensitive to Diclazuril, it had low resistance to Lasalocid and medium, resistance to Maduramy- cin, but it had strong resistance to Nicarbazin. |
