| 摘 要： | 近年来研究发现饲粮中氨基酸在通过小肠粘膜吸收时大量地分解代谢。肠粘膜中氨基 酸的分解代谢是维持肠粘膜完整性和正常功能所必需，对饲粮中蛋白质、氨基酸在人和动物体内 的利用也有重要影响。本文综述了近年来这一领域的研究进展。

| Abstract: | In recent years there has been growing recognition that dietary amino acids are extensively ca- tabolized when they are absorbed via the small intestinal intestinal. mucosa Intestinal mucosal amino acid catabolism is necessary for maintaining intestinal mucosal functions and integrity, and has important effects on the utilization efficiency of dietary protein and amino acids in animals and human being. The major objective of this review is to examine current views in this area. |
