高校实施素质教育的策略探讨

本文根据素质教育的内涵 ,有针对地分析了目前高校在教育教学中存在的问题 ,探讨了实施素质教育的策略。面对新世纪 ,高校必须转变教育观念 ,树立素质教育观 ,建立新的人才培养模式 ,以科学文化素质为基础、思想素质为核心、业务素质为主干、身心素质为保障 ,构建大学综合素质教育体系 ,提高教育教学质量 ,培养出具有多方面素质的合格人才。

DISCUSSIONS OF STRATEGIES OF IMPLEMENTING THE QUALITY-ORIENTED EDUCATION IN COLLEGES

On the basis of the connotation of quality-oriented education,the article analyses some problems in higher education and gives some strategies on the implementation of quality-oriented education. Facing the new millennium,higher education must renew its old educational notions,thus we can establish a new talent-training mode. Higher education should take intellectual quality as the basis,take moral quality as the core,take professional knowledge and skill and physical fitness as the guarantee in order to set up a system for quality-oriented education and then improve teaching and learning and cultivate more qualified versatile talents.
