China's poverty alleviation plan is the concrete embodiment of the human-oriented scientific development concept,the significant part of the construction of harmonious socialist society,the important task of building an overall well-off society and a new socialist countryside.Although the poverty alleviation plan has got obvious effectiveness,at the same time there exist problems urgently coped with.The Thailand village fund is considered as a successful poverty alleviation program,which could be helpful to us.
