试论独立学院组织文化建设存在的问题及对策

独立学院作为高等教育的重要组成部分,既是一个教育元素,也是一个文化组织。只有建设具有自己特色的组织文化,才能增强其核心竞争力。在论述组织文化和大学组织文化内涵、特征的基础上,就独立学院组织文化建设存在的问题及其原因进行分析,并结合实际个案提出对策性建议。

Construction of Organizational Culture in Independent Colleges:Problems and Countermeasures

As an important part of higher education, independent colleges are not only a unit of education, but they are also a cultural organization. They can never form their own core competence without their own organizational culture. After an analysis to the cultural connotations and features of organizational culture and college organizational culture, this paper probes into the problems in the construction of organ- izational culture in independent colleges. It proceeds to analyze the causes for them, and put forward coun- termeasures based on specific examples.
