| 摘 要： | 1938—1941年间,毛泽民先后在新疆担任财政厅副厅长、厅长。三年多时间里,他对新疆的财政金融系统进行了大规模改革,并通过调整财政机构、培养人才、改革币制、健全法规等,使得濒临崩溃的新疆经济恢复了生机,为抗战期间大后方经济的稳定发展作出了重要的贡献。

| Abstract: | From 1938 to 1941, Mao Zemin served as deputy director and later director of the Department of Finance, Xinjiang area. During his service, he made reform in the financial system, and helped the economy of Xinjiang to recover by adjusting financial institutions and personnel training, reforming the monetary system, and making necessary rules and regulations. He contributed a lot to the stability of Chinese Rear Areas in the anti-Japanese war period. |
