| Abstract: | Whether full play has been given to the modeling role of teacher CPC members directly decides the quality of talents cultivation and the harmony of college campus. In respect to the situation in which some teacher CPC members are not excellent enough to serve as models, this paper probes into the reasons for this phenomenon, and it makes discussions on the ways to do the job better based on the actual practice of ＂striving for excellence＂ activities carried out in Guangzhou South China Business Trade College. |
