| 摘 要： | 从教育科学研究的角度出发,先后采用问卷调查等方法,对173名体育类专业大学生的运动认知特质焦虑状况进行调研。结果显示,在年龄和运动年限方面看,比赛准备焦虑差异明显,对方实力焦虑和失败焦虑因子与瘦因子存在显著相关;而不同年龄和运动年限的大学生,运动认知特质焦虑差异明显,他们的运动认知特质焦虑与负面身体自我显著相关。

| Abstract: | 173 students were investigated by questionnaires to study college students＇ cognitive trait anxiety and its relationship with their negative physical self. Results showed that significant differences were found in the age of athletics, age of sports career and preparing for matches. There were also significant differences in the anxiety of opponent strength, failure and thinness. The age of athletics and the age of sports career were evidently different in cognitive trait anxiety, and there was evident difference between negative physical self and cognitive trait anxiety. |
