| 摘 要： | 中国法学教育与研究改革的方向性问题一直是学界普遍关注的焦点问题之一，各说各理，众说纷纭。几十载法学教学研究的风雨历程，李双元先生的思想涵括藩学之道与法哲学思想等内涵，蕴含着对新中国法学尤其是国际法学教学科研有突出贡献的一代宗师的智慧灵光。探微李双元先生的思想，对厘清中国法学教育与研究的方向性问题具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。

| Abstract: | The direction of reform in law education and researches of China has been a central issue of aca-demic concern. On this aspect, opinions differl Li Shuangyuan is a celebrated scholar engaged for years in law education and researches who has contributed a lot to the teaching and scientific research of law since the founding of P. R. China. Covering a wide range of areas of academic research, especially in private in- ternational law, methods of scientific research and the philosophy of law, Li＇s academic thoughts are of special theoretical and practical value in working out the direction of reform in Chinese law education and researches. |
