论《西游记》的消解精神

消解精神是《西游记》自由精神的重要表现，主要包括两个方面：内容上解构既定观念，形式上采用玩世性的游戏笔墨。所谓既定观念，主要包括构成《西游记》思想基础的儒道佛等观念；所谓玩世性的游戏笔墨，因其玩世的不严肃性，而具有了消解意义，主要包括具有戏谑、幽默、闹剧和童话特征的形式。这种消解精神，主要源自《西游记》写“心”的特征和人物如孙悟空市民式的浪漫与自信。

Deconstructing Spirit in A Journey to the West

The deconstructing spirit, an expression for freedom in A Journey to the West, lies in the follow-ing two folds： the deconstruction of established ideas in content and the use of a Cynical way of writing in form. The established ideas refer to those related to Confucianism, Taoism and the Buddhist doctrines on which the novel is based. The cynical way of writing, which is of a deconstructing significance for its unse-rious spirit, can be fully explained by the novelist＇s frequent use of parody, humor, farce and fairytales. The deconstrueting spirit in the novel can be attributed to the novelist＇s exploration on soul, and the ro- mantic and self-confident spirit of characters like the Monkey King.
